How are rental fees calculated if I extend the rental during the original period?

The rental fees will be calculated daily or based on the extra distance covered.

Do you offer a one-way rental service?

Are there any mileage restrictions when using a luxury car rental?

Mileage on luxury cars will be charged from one garage to another. The minimum limit for outstation mileage is 300 km per day.

How Will We Meet The Chauffeur At The Airport?

After you clear customs, look for your chauffeur holding a sign or name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number. If you can’t find us, please call (Office number), or the chauffeur's mobile number will be on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal; go outside before you find us.

If My Flight Arrives Early, Will My Chauffeur Be There?

Yes, we monitor all flights, so we will do our best to arrive early.

Do Fares Includes Parking And Tolls?

Parking and tolls are not included; they will be added to your final invoice but are kept at the cost price.

Car Charges Policy
  • No cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is cancelled 72 hrs before reporting; if 48 hrs prior, 50%; and if 24 hrs prior, 100%, cancellation charges will be charged.
  • 12% GST applicable.
